Dividend policy

Norse Energy Corp. is in a phase where investments in the Company’s operations are required to enable future growth, and is therefore not in a position to distribute dividends. Payment of dividends will be considered in the future based on the Company’s capital structure and dividend capacity as well as the availability of alternative investments.
